Line 8: Line 8:
The work draws on the 432 Hz frequency, which many believe has harmonizing and healing effects on the human body and mind. The paradox of the title, however, is that instead of a soothing and healing frequency, the work uses sound recordings collected from the internet that create a chaotic and overstimulated environment. The work refers to the endless stream of reels or other short videos that flood the digital space. Through an audio collage, the artist critiques the contemporary way of relaxing, which is based on constant stimulation and an overload of attention. The absurdity of today's relaxation lies in the fact that instead of regenerating, the brain remains constantly active, exposed to a rapid succession of stimuli that prevent true rest.   The work draws on the 432 Hz frequency, which many believe has harmonizing and healing effects on the human body and mind.
