V LOM space sa 6. septembra, po letnej pauze, uskutoční Mikrozvuk, na ktorom vystúpia Usof a sorbitol drops.
Usof je zvukový umelec pôsobiaci v Lisabone, ktorý posúva definíciu „ambientnej hudby“ do ešte spletitejších polôh. Okrem svojej práce vizuálneho umelca a masteringového inžiniera organizuje podujatia s kolektívmi Living Room a Tundra a výraznou mierou sa podieľa na zvuku lisabonskej post-ambientnej scény. Jeho diskografia zahŕňa vydania na značkách ako Theory Therapy, enmossed, Psychic Liberation, surf či Rotten \ Fresh, ako aj remixy, živé nahrávky a single vydané na vydavateľstvách po celom svete. Vystúpil v priestoroch a na festivaloch naprieč EU a UK, ako napríklad Cafe OTO, Waking Life, Les Siestes Électroniques, Outfest, KWIA a mnohých ďalších. Stojí tiež za show „for 0“ na Radio Quântica a je rezidentom v bruselskom rádiu Kiosk.
sorbitol drops je hudobný producent a vizuálny umelec žijúci v Prahe. Venuje se predovšetkým audiovizuálnym multimediálnym inštaláciám spájajúcim a produkcii experimentálnej elektronickej hudby. Jeho debutový album Remízek music, ktorý vyšiel v lete 2024 na labeli Gin&Platonic, je založený na kolážovitom komponování spracovaných samplov zložených hlavne z terénnych nahrávok alebo študiových záznamov rôznych prírodných materiálov a hudobných nástrojov. Výsledkom je prelínanie rôznych hudobných výrazov a tvarov tvoriacich príbehy plné napätia a kontrastov. Okrem vlastnej umeleckej tvorby se venuje dramaturgii hudobného programu festivalu Trať.

On 6 September, following the summer break, LOM space will host Mikrozvuk, featuring performances by Usof and Sorbitol Drops.
Usof is a sound artist based in Lisbon who pushes the definition of ‘ambient music’ into even more intricate realms. As well as his work as a visual artist and mastering engineer, he organises events with the collectives Living Room and Tundra and plays a significant role in shaping the sound of Lisbon’s post-ambient scene. His discography includes releases on labels such as Theory Therapy, enmossed, Psychic Liberation, surf and Rotten \ Fresh, as well as remixes, live recordings and singles released by labels around the world. He has performed at venues and festivals across the EU and the UK, including Cafe OTO, Waking Life, Les Siestes Électroniques, Outfest, KWIA and many others. He is also behind the “for 0” show on Radio Quântica and is a resident DJ at Brussels-based Radio Kiosk.
sorbitol drops is a music producer and visual artist based in Prague. He focuses primarily on audiovisual multimedia installations combined with the production of experimental electronic music. His debut album Remízek music, released in the summer of 2024 on the Gin&Platonic label, is based on a collage-style composition of processed samples consisting mainly of field recordings or studio recordings of various natural materials and musical instruments. The result is an interweaving of diverse musical expressions and forms that create narratives full of tension and contrasts. In addition to his own artistic work, he is involved in the programming of the Trať festival’s music programme.
